I know this sounds INCREDIBLY dumb but I have never found a true answer.

How does one go about using the resurrection signet?

The only place I found it was in Pre-Searing just outside the city gates. It's kind of a Quest where you have to go in with another party member and then you get the signet, I did hear however (not sure where) that you can get it in Post-Searing. (If anyone knows let me know)
As far as how it works, It can only be used once when it is a mission, it can be used more than once if not in a mission. As a War/Mes I saved it mostly for healers that had unlimited resurect.

It only works one time/mission.

I.E. A person dies, and you use Resurrection Signet to revive them. You can no longer use that Signet for the mission, so if another person dies, you're out of luck.

Better to go with the Rez spell than the signet in my experiences, never fun to think a person can revive you, only to hear them say, "I already used my rez..." Bad experiences I tell you...

well it's not that useful for a monk who has a rez skill, but what happens if your monk dies for some god aweful reason. Well hopefully someone brought along a rez and can rez the monk.

That's its main purpose.

Just some important things to remember:
- Never, ever, use the Signet if someone is alive who can use proper resurrect.
- Never, ever, use the Signet on a teammate who can't use proper resurrect, if there's a teammate that can.

The signet can be used more than once in a mission

Sice the last beta, killing bosses gives you a 2% morale boost and recharges every skill - even the res signet (and no, it's not a bug).
